When time seems to run away from you, take a moment to pause and be present.
Sometimes just an awareness of this can be enough to bring about presence.
In this space bring you attention to your breath for 5 deep and long breaths in with a pause before exhaling and following your breath all the way to the end point of your exhale, then pause again before inhaling again.
With each precious breath feel the gifts of what it feels to be alive. 🙏🏻
